采用凸轮式形变试验机,压缩端面带凹槽并在凹槽里充满不同熔点温度的玻璃粉作润滑剂的圆柱形试件。为保证试验过程中整个试件温度的均匀和衡定,采用了试件保温装置。在变形温度为850～1150℃、变形速度为5～80s~(-1)、变形程度最大为1n2的条件下,实验研究了1Cr18Ni9Ti等10个钢种在高温高速条件下的变形阻力。通过对实验数据的非线性回归分析,提出了计算机控制用的设定模型以及工程计算中可优先采用的变形阻力计算公式和查用图表。
The use of a cam-type deformation testing machine, compressed end face grooved and filled in the groove with different melting point temperature of the glass powder as a lubricant cylindrical specimen. In order to ensure uniform and constant temperature of the entire test piece during the test, a test piece heat preservation device is adopted. The deformation resistance of 10 steels such as 1Cr18Ni9Ti at high temperature and high speed was experimentally studied under the conditions of deformation temperature 850 ~ 1150 ℃, deformation rate 5 ~ 80s ~ (-1) and maximum deformation degree 1n2. Through the nonlinear regression analysis of the experimental data, the setting model for computer control and the calculation formula and check chart of deformation resistance which can be adopted preferentially in engineering calculation are put forward.
