目的:探讨银杏叶缓释片的制备处方,并对其体外释放度进行评价。方法:以体外累积释放度为指标,通过单因素考察找出影响释放的主要因素,再采用正交设计筛选出最佳处方。结果:通过正交设计及体外释放度考察,得到制备银杏叶缓释片的最佳处方为主药55%,HPMC30%,EC10%,乳糖5%,硬脂酸镁0.5%。体外释药的规律符合Ritger-Peppas动力学模型。结论:粉末直接压片法制得银杏叶缓释片,体外释放度实验表明释药具有较好的缓释特性。
Objective: To investigate the preparation of Ginkgo biloba sustained-release tablets and to evaluate its in vitro release. Methods: The cumulative release in vitro as an indicator, single factor study to identify the main factors that affect release, and then use orthogonal design to filter out the best prescription. Results: The optimum formulation of Ginkgo biloba sustained-release tablets was 55%, HPMC30%, EC10%, lactose 5% and magnesium stearate 0.5% by orthogonal design and in vitro release test. In vitro release of the law in line with the Ritger-Peppas kinetic model. Conclusion: Ginkgo biloba sustained-release tablets obtained by powder direct compression method in vitro release experiments showed that the drug release has better sustained-release properties.
