滑模工艺是一种连续成型的结构快速施工方法,其整套模具及设备均由刚度较小的支承杆所支承。因此,整个滑模装置空间变位的可能性较大。过去有些工程由于施工中对成型结构的垂直度观测不及时,加之对垂直偏差的预防措施不得力,导致结构施工精度达不到要求,而偏差一旦形成,消除就十分困难。这不仅有损于结构外观,也影响受力性能。因此,要求在滑升过程中注重每个施工环节,以防偏为主,同时要及时检查和记录结构垂直度,及时分析偏差造成的原因并及时纠正,防止偏差积累超限后造成无法消除的缺陷,做到以纠编为辅。
