对带遮热板的真空管型集热器进行理论分析和实验研究,通过与不带遮热板的真空管型集热器传热过程进行对比分析,计算表明带遮热板的真空管型集热器的辐射热损降低约22.7%。对两种集热器的中温性能进行对比实验,结果表明:带遮热板的真空管型集热器的中温热性能更加优越,在129℃高温工况时,其热效率为55%。
The theoretical analysis and experimental research on the vacuum tube type collector with heat shield are carried out. The comparison of the heat transfer process with the vacuum tube type collector without shield plate shows that the vacuum tube type collector with shield plate The radiant heat loss is reduced by about 22.7%. The experimental results show that the vacuum tube type heat collector with a heat shield has better mid-temperature thermal performance and a thermal efficiency of 55% at a high temperature of 129 ℃.
