轴承内圈的内孔,技术要求很高(尺寸公差要求在0.01~0.015毫米范围内);过去是用附图a所示的方法单件磨削,但生产率很低,赶不上生产的需要。为了解决这个关键,车间技术人员和工人共同研究,改进了如附图b所示的夹具。利用这个夹具可以进行多件磨削,生产效率显著提高。图中1是胎盘,装在磨床主轴上。2是卡爪,3是定位爪,均装在胎盘1上。9是胎筒,孔中装工件6;工件6用螺钉7、压板8压紧。胎筒9依
