焦炭塔是炼油厂焦化装置中的核心设备,其框架厚板受高温辐射的影响,表面出现较多的裂缝。对几个炼厂焦炭塔框架厚板裂缝实测调查表明,由于生产操作温度较高,在设计与施工中均不能忽视温度应力问题。根据实测温度算得厚板的温度应力绝大部分为4.12~8.78MPa,最大为12.67MPa。采取通风和隔热措施;降低热源辐射温度;在设计与施工中按抗热结构要求对混凝土进行选料和配比;加密抗热构造钢筋等,可以有效地解决厚板裂缝的问题。
The coke drum is the core equipment in the coking unit of the refinery. The thick plate of the frame is affected by high temperature radiation, and more cracks appear on the surface. The investigation of the cracks in the frame slabs of coke drums in several refineries shows that the temperature stress problem cannot be ignored in the design and construction due to the high operating temperature. According to the measured temperature, the majority of the temperature stress of the slab is 4.12 to 8.78 MPa, and the maximum is 12.67 MPa. Ventilation and heat insulation measures are taken; heat radiation temperature is reduced; selection and proportioning of concrete according to the requirements of heat-resistance structure in the design and construction; encryption of heat-resistant structural steel bars, etc., can effectively solve the problem of thick plate cracks.
