目的:建立产康乐合剂中三种有效成分含量测定方法。方法:Agilent TC-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),以0.2%磷酸水溶液和乙腈为流动相(梯度洗脱),进样量10μL,柱温25℃,检测波长为325 nm。结果:绿原酸、黄芩苷、黄芩素分别在7.12~71.18μg/m L;29.39~293.89μg/m L和2.12~21.17μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为102.61%、103.21%和97.76%(RSD%值分别为1.77%、0.77%和1.48%)。重复性、稳定性、精密度等RSD%均小于2%。结论:该方法简单易行,可用于产康乐合剂质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the content of three effective components in Chan Kang Le Mixture. METHODS: Agilent TC-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0.2% phosphoric acid and acetonitrile. The injection volume was 10 μL and the column temperature was 25 ℃. The detection wavelength was 325 nm. Results: The linearity of chlorogenic acid, baicalin and baicalein were good in the range of 7.12 ~ 71.18μg / m L, 29.39 ~ 293.89μg / m L and 2.12 ~ 21.17μg / m L, respectively, and the average recoveries were 102.61 %, 103.21% and 97.76% respectively (RSD% values of 1.77%, 0.77% and 1.48%, respectively). Repeatability, stability, precision and other RSD% are less than 2%. Conclusion: This method is simple and easy to use and can be used for the quality control of Kang Lingle mixture.
