当前我国的发展遇到了难以突破的两大瓶颈,在国际上是“中国制造”遇到了前所未有的技术壁垒的拦截,严重影响到了我国国际贸易的可持续性发展;在国内是大学以上学历的毕业生的就业遇到了前所未有的压力,由此引发了新的“读书无用论”。而发展“中国服务”是突破这两大发展瓶颈的重要出路,拓展“中国服务”在我国的可持续性发展中有着重要的意义。
