In order to further explore the ways to cure iron deficiency chlorosis in apple trees, yellow apple tree was used as test material, FeN was used as iron fertilizer, and iron-deficient yellow apple tree was treated by siphon infusion drip-dry method. Under the condition of siphon water transport and routine management, the green level and chlorophyll content of leaves were compared and analyzed. The FCR activity of normal green leaves and iron-deficient yellow leaves were measured and FCR activity of different treatments were measured. The results showed that after the siphon treatment for 10 days, the degree of chlorosis decreased from 2.00 to 0.49 and the contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b increased by 47.98% and 107.70%, respectively, compared with those of the control, which reached the extremely significant difference The iron deficiency yellow apple tree siphon infusion drip dry treatment, in a short period of time to achieve significant re-green effect. FCR activity characterization test showed that the red halo around the yellow leaves was significantly stronger than that of the normal leaves; the FCR activity of the control leaves was significantly higher than that of the siphon iron treatment, indicating that the apple leaves can enhance the FCR activity under iron deficiency, revealing that Fe2 + enters the mesophyll cells The mechanism of siphon infusion of Fe2 + into mesophyll cells was clarified, which provided a theoretical basis for the better utilization of siphon infusion drip - dry technology to correct iron deficiency chlorosis in fruit trees, indicating that siphon infusion drip - dry treatment of apple iron deficiency chlorosis feasibility.
