本文研究了厌氧棒菌苗(简称Cp)诱导正常小鼠和带Lewis瘤小鼠脾脏细胞的免疫抑制作用。实验结果表明:Cp腹腔注射于正常鼠与带瘤鼠后,其脾细胞对ConA的反应减低,抑制率分别为76.46%、72.24%;同时还具有抑制同系正常小鼠脾淋巴细胞对ConA增生反应的作用,抑制率达39.31%、69.64%;将这种抑制细胞群分为粘附玻璃和非粘附玻璃细胞群,再经X线照射处理,其结果提示起抑制作用的既有抗放射性的粘附玻璃的巨噬细胞,又有对放射线极敏感的非粘附玻璃的T抑制细胞;另外,将正常小鼠、注射Cp的正常小鼠及注射Cp的带瘤小鼠脾淋巴细胞在体外经ConA诱导24小时后,皆可检测出表达抑制功能的抑制性T细胞(ConA—SC),然而带瘤对照鼠仅观察到较低的抑制作用,也未检测出表达抑制功能的ConA—SC细胞。
