企业整合重组不仅仅是两家企业之间的经济行为,更是一种文化行为。企业文化是企业成长的灵魂和血脉,是企业走向胜利的“法宝”。一个企业经过大规模的改革或创新活动之后,也必须经过文化整合,才能提升到更高的水平。本文有一个煤炭行业收购重组为例,说明了企业文化融合的重要性,继而根据不同的组织文化类型,给出了企业文化整合流程的简单流程,并讨论了企业并购文化整合模式及其选择。
The integration and reorganization of enterprises is not only an economic act between two companies, but also a cultural behavior. Corporate culture is the soul and bloodline of a company’s growth, and it is the “magic weapon” that a company is going to win. After a company undergoes large-scale reform or innovation activities, it must also undergo cultural integration before it can be upgraded to a higher level. This article has an example of the acquisition and reorganization of the coal industry, which illustrates the importance of corporate culture integration. Then according to the different types of organizational culture, it gives a simple process of corporate culture integration process, and discusses the integration mode and choice of corporate merger culture.
