分析了羊屠宰加工生产线多条悬挂输送链间不同步的原因,比较了多种实现同步方法的优劣。介绍了基于现场总线技术,由PLC经数字通信控制多台变频器,采用速度闭环控制结合位置对齐控制的实例。系统具有高可靠性、实用性和操作简便等优点,在“内蒙古巴美羊业有限责任公司120只/h羊屠宰加工生产线设备及配套设施”、“内蒙古小肥羊食品有限公司羊屠宰加工生产线设备及配套设施”及“蒙羊牧业有限公司班产3 000只羊屠宰加工项目”等项目中进行了实施,获得理想的效果。
The reasons for the non-synchronization among multiple hanging conveyor chains in sheep slaughter and processing production line are analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of multiple synchronization methods are compared. Based on the field bus technology, several inverters are controlled by PLC via digital communication. The examples of speed closed loop control combined with position alignment control are introduced. The system has the advantages of high reliability, practicability and easy operation.
