目的 :探讨护理专业女生焦虑状况及其与生活事件、应对方式及个性的关系。方法 :采用青少年生活事件量表 (ASLEC)、应对方式问卷、修订的艾森克个性问卷 (EPQ)及Zung氏焦虑自评量表 (SAS) ,对广州市某护校 40 6名 15岁~ 18岁女生进行测查。结果 :焦虑检出率 18 47% ,一、三年级组SAS分及其焦虑检出率显著高于二年级 (P <0 0 1) ;消极应对分 ,N、L分均与SAS分和生活事件应激值显著正相关(r =0 4865 ,0 3 886,0 2 164 ,0 1783 ,P <0 0 1) ,各因子间也存在一些显著性相关 ;多元回归分析提示 :生活事件应激值 ,消极应对分 ,N量表分 ,积极应对分 ,L量表分对焦虑评分有显著预测作用。结论 :一、三年级是焦虑发生的高危人群 ;对护理女生焦虑的发生 ,生活事件、应对方式和个性既有直接影响又存在交互作用
Objective: To explore the anxiety status of nursing students and their relationship with life events, coping styles and personality. Methods: Using ASLEC, Coping Style Questionnaire, Revised EQQ and Zung’s Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), 40 6 children aged 15 ~ 18-year-old girl for testing. Results: The detection rate of anxiety was 18 47%. The SAS score and anxiety in the first grade and the third grade were significantly higher than those in the second grade (P <0.01) (R = 0 4865, 0 3 886, 0 2 164, 0 1783, P 0 01). There were also some significant correlations among the factors. Multivariate regression analysis indicated that the stress of life events Negative response points, N-score points, positive response points, L-score points have significant predictive value of anxiety. Conclusions: The first and third grades are the high risk groups of anxiety. There are both direct and interactive effects on the occurrence of anxiety, life events, coping styles and personality of nursing girls
