目的观察牡蛎肉与黄芪防治去卵巢大鼠脑衰老的协同作用。方法采用4月龄的雌性大鼠行双侧卵巢摘除术后,分别给予牡蛎肉、黄芪和牡蛎肉加黄芪水提液灌胃3个月,测定大鼠脑组织生化指标和形态计量学。结果牡芪水提液组大鼠较牡蛎肉和黄芪水提液组的超氧化物歧化酶活性增强而丙二醛含量下降,纹状皮质分子层厚度增加,分子层厚度和皮层总厚度的比值下降,海马CA_1区单位面积大锥体细胞数增多。结论黄芪能够增强牡蛎肉水提液延缓去卵巢大鼠脑衰老的作用。
Objective To observe the synergistic effect of oyster meat and Astragalus membranaceus on brain senescence in ovariectomized rats. Methods Four-month-old female rats were subjected to bilateral ovariectomy and were given oyster meat, astragalus membranaceus and oyster meat plus water extract of Astragalus membranaceus for 3 months. The brain biochemical markers and morphometrics were measured. Results The activity of superoxide dismutase and the content of malondialdehyde in the oyster extract group were higher than that in the oyster meat and Astragalus membranaceus extract group. The thickness of the striated cortex molecular layer was increased, and the ratio of the molecular layer thickness to the total cortical thickness was compared. Decreased, the number of pyramidal cells per unit area in the hippocampal CA_1 area increased. Conclusion Astragalus can enhance the effect of oyster meat extract on delaying brain aging of ovariectomized rats.
