实验采用雄性SD大鼠心脏缺血再灌注模型,观察缺血预处理心肌组织MDA含量、SOD和CAT酶活性的变化。结果表明:缺血预处理组大鼠心肌SOD、CAT活性显著上升(P<0.05),MDA含量显著减少(P<0.01)。以上结果提示:缺血预处理对大鼠心脏的保护作用之一可能是通过提高SOD、CAT酶活性,减少脂质过氧化反应而实现的。
The model of myocardial ischemia reperfusion in male Sprague-Dawley rats was used to observe the change of MDA content and the activity of SOD and CAT in ischemic preconditioning myocardium. The results showed that the activity of SOD and CAT in ischemic preconditioning group increased significantly (P <0.05) and MDA content decreased significantly (P <0.01). These results suggest that: one of the protective effects of ischemic preconditioning on rat heart may be achieved by increasing the activities of SOD and CAT and decreasing the lipid peroxidation.
