上海国际客运中心Winter Garden工程的结构形式复杂,施工难度大。其中巨型框架柱的施工质量和准确定位是本工程起控制作用的环节,并且也是后续屋面桁架整体吊装和吊舱安装的基础。在施工前需要根据结构特点并结合现场条件,制定相应的施工方案。同时利用计算机仿真技术,对施工过程中的关键环节进行定量分析,找出最不利因素,从而科学有效地指导与控制施工过程。分析结果表明,上海国际客运中心巨型框架施工方案合理可行。
The structure of the Winter Garden project of Shanghai International Passenger Transport Center is complex and difficult to construct. The construction quality and accurate positioning of the mega-frame columns are the links that control the project and are also the basis for the subsequent hoisting of the roof truss and the installation of the pod. Before construction, it is necessary to formulate the corresponding construction plan according to the structural characteristics and the combination of on-site conditions. At the same time, computer simulation technology is used to quantitatively analyze the key links in the construction process to identify the most unfavorable factors so as to guide and control the construction process scientifically and effectively. The analysis shows that the construction plan of mega-frame of Shanghai International Passenger Transport Center is reasonable and feasible.
