在我国建筑工程领域,建筑工程的招标结果最后都是以合同的形式确定下来的。国家通过合同来实现对建筑工程的管理和约束,可以有效维护工程各方的利益。本文从探讨建筑工程招标阶段与合同管理的关系入手,重点分析合同管理在招标中的重要性,以及加强建筑工程招标阶段合同管理的主要措施。
In the field of construction engineering in our country, the bidding result of construction project is finally confirmed in the form of contract. The state through the contract to achieve the management of construction projects and constraints, can effectively safeguard the interests of all parties to the project. This article starts with the discussion of the relationship between the bidding stage of construction project and contract management, and analyzes the importance of contract management in bidding and the main measures to strengthen contract management during bidding stage of construction project.
