目的了解郑州市某医院医用X射线计算机断层摄影装置(X-ray equipment for computed tomography,以下简称CT机)影像质量动态水平,探讨提高CT机影像质量方法。方法用CT性能检测模体和CT剂量仪分别于2008年、2010年对2台CT机进行影像质量保证检测,抽取不同时间段的CT片进行影像质量评级,对CT机影像质量进行综合评定。结果 2010年2台CT机影像质量保证检测结果与2008年相比,西门子Emotion CT机CT剂量指数、水的CT值、均匀性、低对比分辨力、定位光精度和扫描架倾角等6个指标均呈下降趋势,飞利浦Brilliance CT机CT剂量指数、层厚偏差、水的CT值、噪声、均匀性、高对比分辨力、低对比分辨力、定位光精度和扫描架倾角等9个指标均呈下降趋势,但差别无统计学意义。随机抽取的CT临床照片中,2010年与2008年的评片结果差别无统计学意义。结论 2010年2台CT机影像质量较2008年呈下降趋势,但差别无统计学意义。
Objective To understand the dynamic image quality of X-ray equipment for computed tomography (CT) in a hospital in Zhengzhou and to explore ways to improve the quality of CT images. Methods CT performance test phantom and CT dosimeter were used to detect the image quality of 2 CT scanners in 2008 and 2010 respectively. CT images of different time periods were taken for image quality assessment, and the CT image quality was evaluated comprehensively. Results 2 sets of CT image quality assurance test results in 2010 Compared with 2008, Siemens Emotion CT machine CT dose index, CT value of water, uniformity, low contrast and resolution, positioning light accuracy and gantry angle of 6 indicators All showed a downward trend. The CT dose index, layer thickness deviation, CT value of water, noise, uniformity, high contrast and resolution, low contrast and resolution, positioning light accuracy and gimbal inclination of Philips Brilliance CT machine all showed 9 indicators Downward trend, but the difference was not statistically significant. In the randomized CT clinical photos, there was no significant difference between the 2010 and 2008 reviews. Conclusion The image quality of two CT machines in 2010 showed a decreasing trend compared with 2008, but the difference was not statistically significant.
