叙述了横向磁化辊式永磁体磁选机的新颖设计。用磁场梯度有限元法进行的理论计算结果表明 ,在最高磁场密度区域内力的因数可达到 60 0T2 /m。颗粒在磁选装置的磁场中的运动行为动力学模拟结果证明 ,这种磁选法的选择性很高。对于细颗粒 ,有效磁选的颗粒磁化系数下限可小到 χ =10 - 4 。
The novel design of transverse magnetized roller permanent magnet separator is described. The theoretical calculation using the magnetic field gradient finite element method shows that the force factor can reach 60 0T 2 / m at the highest magnetic field density. The kinetic behavior of the particles in the magnetic field of a magnetic separator shows that the selectivity of this magnetic separation method is high. For fine particles, the lower limit of magnetization coefficient of effective magnetic separation can be as small as χ = 10 - 4.
