社会主义荣辱观是社会关于荣辱的理性认知和价值取向,同时又是国家关于社会风尚建设的基本价值理念,是新时期条件下主流价值导向和意识形态导向的统一。从特定历史语境看,社会主义荣辱观是在当前价值多元化和主流价值边缘化的背景下提出的,旨在解决当前荣辱观扭曲的现实危机;其基本诉求是,在公民社会条件下,国家应该重申主流价值话语,并以此实现对社会风尚建设的引领。对其有效性,我们要分清三个边界,采用三个尺度来评估。
Socialist concept of honor and disgrace is the rational cognition and value orientation of the society about honor and disgrace, meanwhile it is the country’s basic value idea about the construction of social fashion and the unification of the mainstream value orientation and ideology orientation in the new era. From a specific historical context, the socialist concept of honor or disgrace is proposed in the context of the current diversification of values and the marginalization of mainstream values in order to solve the current crisis of distortions of honor and disgrace; the basic demand is that under the condition of civil society, The state should reiterate the mainstream value discourse in order to lead the social fashion building. For its effectiveness, we must distinguish the three boundaries and use three scales to evaluate them.
