从2001年到2004年,为解决北京人民庞大的住房需求,北京的大盘建设已经几起波澜。卧城、空城、死城,种种责难一直未曾停息,也持续不断地刺激着这种独特的房地产现象的发展。这样的起伏涨落过程在广州等地已经体现过上演过,而在全国各地,风起云涌的是小城镇建设的发展。现在是全国各地的发展商都要赶到北京做上一两个楼盘,仿佛当年说相声的一定要到天津卫去拜拜码头一样;而北京房产商开始出征外地城市;二三线城市发展前景已经被业内大大看好。虽然有政策限制在前,但各地房地产市场依然以我们未曾想象过的速度开展起来。
