作者对10例肺动脉高压肺血管病患者作了血浆去甲肾上腺素(NE)、肾上腺素(E)、前列腺素F_(2α)(PGF_(2α))及前列腺素E(PGE)含量测定并以15例正常人为对照。结果表明病人股动脉、肘静脉血浆NE、PGF_(2α)及PGE值(平均值±S.E.)明显高于对照组,且病人股动脉血浆NE明显高于肘静脉者。以上结果表明NE及PGF_(2α)可能是肺血管病患者肺动脉高压形成过程中的加压性体液因子,而PGE可能在维持患者体动脉压正常过程中起血管扩
The authors measured the content of plasma norepinephrine, epinephrine, prostaglandin F 2alpha (PGF 2α) and prostaglandin E (PGE) in 10 patients with pulmonary hypertension. 15 cases of normal control. The results showed that the plasma NE, PGF_ (2α) and PGE (mean ± S.E.) of the femoral artery and elbow vein were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the plasma NE of the femoral artery was significantly higher than that of the elbow vein. The above results indicate that NE and PGF 2α may be the compulsive humoral factors in the development of pulmonary hypertension in patients with pulmonary vascular disease.
