目的建立工作场所空气中乙二醇的溶剂解吸气相色谱测定方法。方法采用硅胶管采集样品,甲醇解吸,经HP-INNOWAX大口径毛细管色谱柱分离的气相色谱测定方法进行测定。结果该方法在0~667.8 mg/L范围呈线性关系;本方法的重现性好,不同质量浓度的相对标准偏差为2.0%~3.1%;方法的最低检出限为1.1mg/L;最低检出质量浓度为0.2mg/m~3(以采集7.5L空气样品计);平均解吸效率为91.7%~103.5%。结论该方法检出限低,准确度和精密度高,重现性好,可完全适用于工作场所空气中乙二醇的测定。
Objective To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of ethylene glycol in workplace air by solvent desorption. Methods Samples were collected with a silica gel tube and desorbed with methanol. Gas chromatography was performed on a HP-INNOWAX large-bore capillary column. Results The method was linear in the range of 0 ~ 667.8 mg / L. The reproducibility of this method was good with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 2.0% ~ 3.1% and the lowest detection limit of 1.1 mg / L The detected mass concentration was 0.2mg / m ~ 3 (to collect 7.5L air samples); the average desorption efficiency was 91.7% ~ 103.5%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of low detection limit, high accuracy and precision, good reproducibility and can be completely applied to the determination of ethylene glycol in the air of workplace.
