做为健身法之一而为人熟知的瑜伽,多年来早已风靡全世界,在职业女性中尤为大受欢迎。瑜伽,可以减压、瘦身、健体、调理经络,除此之外更重要的是,它可以给人带来真正的快乐和自由。人的本质就是自由,只有人能自由地选择自己的快乐之所在。自由不仅仅是指身体上的自由,更重要的是来自精神和心灵的自由。人的心灵易被欲望所吞噬,现代人面对着很多的诱惑和选择,在是非纷争面前,我们该如何做出自己的选择以求得心灵的平静和自由,不成为自己欲望的奴隶。通过修炼瑜伽,我们可以做到这点。瑜伽为何会受到如此推崇呢,想必其内涵也是吸引练习者的一大理由。所谓的瑜伽哲学,如果非要总结的话,可以说是“坚定信念,面对现实,迎接挑战”。既然活在当今社会上,就会有很多不能尽情去做或不得不做的事情,如果每次都是拒绝、否定它们,会使我们的情绪低落。如果不提高解决问题的能力以及改变态度,身心的平衡都会失
Yoga, one of the well-known fitness methods, has long been popular all over the world and especially popular among working women. Yoga, you can decompression, weight-loss, fitness, conditioning meridian, in addition more importantly, it can bring true happiness and freedom. Human nature is freedom, only people can freely choose their own happiness. Freedom refers not only to physical freedom, but more importantly, freedom from the spirit and the mind. The human mind is easily engulfed by desire. The modern people are faced with many temptations and choices. If you refuse or denial each time, you will make our moods low. If you do not improve the ability to solve problems and change attitudes, the balance of body and mind will be lost
