关于铁素体不锈钢熔化焊晶间腐蚀的问题,目前尚缺少统一的看法,对这一问题各国研究者都在作进一步的探讨。 本文综合了国内外大量的参考文献,系统地论述了铁素作不锈钢熔化焊晶间腐蚀的现象,铁素体不锈钢的敏化,碳和合金元素的影响;论述了亚稳相溶解理论、亚稳沉淀相理论、沉淀相应力理论及贫铬理论;并指出了铁素体不锈钢与奥氏体不锈钢在应用贫铬理论解释上二者的差异以及各种理论的不足之处。 最后,从敏化温度的控制,合金元素的添加量等方面,提出了防止铁素体不锈钢熔化焊晶间腐蚀的措施。
There is a lack of a unified view on the intergranular corrosion of ferritic stainless steel melting welding, and researchers in all countries on this issue are making further discussions. In this paper, a large number of domestic and foreign references are summarized. The phenomenon of intergranular corrosion of ferritic stainless steel in fusion welding, the sensitization of ferritic stainless steel, carbon and alloying elements are systematically discussed. The theory of metastable phase dissolution is discussed. Stable sedimentary facies theory, sedimentation corresponding theory of stress and the theory of poor chromium; and pointed out that ferritic stainless steel and austenitic stainless steel in the application of the theory of chromium deficiency explained the difference between the two and various theoretical deficiencies. Finally, from the control of sensitization temperature, the addition of alloying elements and other aspects, proposed measures to prevent corrosion of ferritic stainless steel during fusion welding.
