据报道应用激光可成功地治疗变应性或肥厚性鼻炎,使肥厚的鼻甲缩小。但本文研究认为激光治疗后由于下鼻甲粘膜表层瘢痕组织形成,能使变态反应受到抑制。(下鼻甲常被认为是变态反应主要发生部位)。本文140例常年性变应性鼻炎经包括脱敏等保守治疗无效,在表面麻醉下用CO_2激光作下甲气化。术后一月观察:50例显效(36%),56例有效(40%),25例改善(18%),9例无效(6%)。一年后随访组中,48%显效,29%有效,6例复发者经再次气化效果满意。术后鼻粘膜病理组织学观察:粘膜下层表层纤维增生及瘢痕形成,术后二月内鼻粘膜上皮消失。作者研究结果表
It has been reported that the application of laser can be successfully treated allergic or hypertrophic rhinitis, the hypertrophic turbinate narrowed. However, this study suggests that due to the formation of scar tissue on the inferior turbinate mucosa after laser treatment, allergy can be inhibited. (The inferior turbinate is often considered as the major site of allergy.) This article 140 cases of perennial allergic rhinitis, including desensitization and other conservative treatment ineffective, under the surface anesthesia with CO_2 laser for the next gasification. One month after operation, 50 cases were markedly effective (36%), 56 cases effective (40%), 25 cases improved (18%) and 9 cases ineffective (6%). One year after the follow-up group, 48% markedly effective, 29% effective, 6 cases of relapse by gasification again satisfactory results. Postoperative histological observation of nasal mucosa: submucosal surface fibrosis and scar formation, nasal mucosal epithelium disappeared within two months after surgery.
