目的:研究全程人文关怀应用于特需病房护理工作当中的效果,给开展特需病房的管理工作提供参考依据。方法:对2015年3月~2016年4月在台州医院特需病房中住院的患者采取以人为本的全程人文关怀护理模式,具体措施有:优越的病房环境、选拔优秀的护理人员、服务模式个体化、精简出入院手续等,确保患者从入院直至出院全程都处于人文关怀护理中。结果:特需病房住院患者对全程人文关怀的护理模式满意度达到了99%以上。结论:在医院特需病房中建立以人为本的全程人文关怀的模式,可以显著提高护理质量,患者对护理各项服务的满意度均超过了99%,将该护理模式推广开来,可以打造高质量的护理品牌,为医院建立良好的社会声誉。
Objective: To study the effect of applying humane care in special ward nursing work and provide references for the management of special ward.
