漫长的冬季,为了躲避严寒侵袭,人们喜欢穿着厚厚的棉衣或皮衣,吃热气腾腾的饭菜,喝烫嘴的热粥、热汤,有些人还常喝点酒。这些在冬季看来是必要的,却使体内积蓄了较多的郁热或痰热。到了春季,郁热就会向外发散,人们就会出现相应的病症,这就是所谓的“春燥”。轻则导致头昏、烦闷、胸满、咳嗽、痰多、四肢重滞,重则形成温病甚至侵害内脏。因此,春季要特别注意清除体内的积热。
