【目的】探讨壳聚糖与亚铁络合制备壳聚糖亚铁配合物的最佳条件,为壳聚糖亚铁配合物在降低卷烟主流烟气中CO的应用研究提供理论依据。【方法】研究不同制备条件(Fe2+初始浓度、体系pH、络合时间、壳聚糖用量)对壳聚糖亚铁配合物生成量的影响,寻求最佳制备条件。【结果】当Fe2+的浓度15.0mg/mL,体系pH2.5~3.0,搅拌1.0h,静置反应4.0h,壳聚糖用量0.1g时,壳聚糖对Fe2+的吸附量最大,可达523mg/g。【结论】将壳聚糖与亚铁络合制备成壳聚糖亚铁配合物应用在卷烟滤嘴上可降低卷烟主流烟气中CO含量。
【Objective】 The aim of the present study was to investigate the optimal conditions for the preparation of chitosan ferrous complexes by complexing chitosan with ferrous iron and to provide a theoretical basis for the study of the application of chitosan ferrous complexes in reducing CO in cigarette mainstream smoke. 【Method】 The effects of different preparation conditions (Fe2 + initial concentration, system pH, complexation time and dosage of chitosan) on the formation of ferrous chitosan ferrous complexes were studied in order to find the best preparation conditions. 【Result】 The results showed that when the concentration of Fe2 + was 15.0 mg / mL, pH value was 2.5-3.0, stirring for 1.0 h, standing reaction for 4.0 h and the dosage of chitosan was 0.1 g, the adsorption capacity of chitosan to Fe2 + was the highest, reaching 523 mg / g. 【Conclusion】 The application of chitosan and ferrous iron complexed as chitosan ferrous complex on cigarette filter can reduce the content of CO in cigarette mainstream smoke.
