市场经济的法律机制里面的基本法是1986年通过的《民法通则》。它规定了14个字为市场经济法律的基本原则;平等、自愿、等价有偿、公平、诚实信用。前8个字体现了市场经济的规律。经济有经济的规律,法律是经济的体现,法律的准则是经济规律的表现。另外6个字是市场经济道德准则的深化。 《民法通则》中又将《民法》所调整的横向关系 The basic law in the legal mechanism of market economy is the “General Principles of Civil Law” passed in 1986.
