本文概要介绍757机硬件工程的特点、实现过程及实际运行情况。该机首次采用国产ECL中规模集成电路、多层大型印制底板及双插头的印制插件极、低欧姆的双扭线及用三个电阻进行长线的匹配,这样该系统就以90—100欧姆的全系统阻抗匹配,把振铃与串扰限制在最小水平。通过小部件的考验及整机三年多的运行证明该套硬件工程系统可靠,国家考试结果表明CPU360小时无故障。
This article gives an overview of the features of the 757 machine hardware project to achieve the process and the actual operation. The aircraft for the first time using domestic ECL scale integrated circuits, multi-layer large printed circuit board and double plug printed plug pole, low ohm twisted pair and three resistors for long-term matching, so that the system to 90-100 Ohms system-wide impedance matching limits ringing and crosstalk to a minimum. Through the test of the small parts and the operation of the whole machine for more than three years, the set of hardware engineering systems has been proved to be reliable. The result of the national examination shows that the CPU360 hours are fault-free.
