以宽沟煤矿E1122综放工作面为工程背景,针对特厚煤层综采放顶煤工作面长度长、顶板坚硬、初次放顶很容易造成大面积悬顶等一系列安全隐患,对特厚煤层综采放顶煤工作面采用三巷超前中深孔预爆破初次放顶方法及关键参数选择进行了设计。该技术方案在顶煤回收、消除顶板大面积来压安全隐患等方面取得预期效果,实现了E1122综放工作面初采期间的安全、高效生产。
Taking the mining face of E1122 fully mechanized caving mining face in Kougou Coal Mine as the engineering background, a series of potential safety problems such as large-area suspended roof are easily caused by the long working face with fully mechanized top coal caving, The fully mechanized top coal caving face was designed by using the method of the first caving method and the key parameters of the three-lane advanced medium-deep hole pre-blasting. The technical scheme achieves the expected results in the top coal recovery, elimination of large roof pressure and other potential safety problems, and realizes safe and efficient production during the initial mining of E1122 fully mechanized caving mining face.
