目的:探讨16层螺旋CT图像后处理技术在头部外伤骨折中的临床诊断及应用价值。方法:对200例头面部外伤患者进行16层螺旋CT常规颅脑CT检查,并行三维重建技术(3-dimensional reconstruction,3D)和多平面重建技术(multiplanar reconstruction,MPR)。结果:200例患者常规6~8mm轴位扫描图像中,有109例颅骨未见异常,有54例看到明确骨折,发现可疑骨折37例。采用薄层骨重建和多平面及三维重建技术后,骨质结构均显示清晰,骨折显示好,并能任意角度观察,最后可疑骨折37例中,有8例排除了骨折,29例骨折显示清楚。结论:16层螺旋CT薄层骨重建、3D和MPR结合使用对头部外伤骨折的诊断有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the clinical diagnosis and application value of 16-slice spiral CT image postprocessing in traumatic head injury. Methods: Sixteen patients with head and facial trauma underwent 16-slice spiral CT conventional craniocerebral computed tomography (CT) and three-dimensional reconstruction (3D) and multiplanar reconstruction (MPR). Results: Of the 200 patients with conventional 6 ~ 8mm axial scanning images, 109 cases showed no abnormalities in the skull, 54 cases had definite fractures and 37 cases had suspicious fractures. The use of thin-layer bone reconstruction and multi-planar and three-dimensional reconstruction techniques, the bone structure showed clear, the fracture showed good, and can be observed at any angle, the last of 37 cases of suspected fracture in 38 cases of exclusion of the fracture, 29 cases showed a clear fracture . Conclusion: 16-slice spiral CT thin-layer bone reconstruction, 3D and MPR combined with the diagnosis of head injury fracture have a higher clinical value.
