文化现象是一个复杂的社会现象,其形成和发展需要经历长时间的历史沉淀。曾有一位名人说过:对于一个外人来说,社会最大的谜团就是,他虽然能看清社会中每一个人的所作所为,但他并不理解每一个人所作所为背后的动机和心理。这实际上就是文化的影响和魅力所在。我国的律师文化同样也是如此,要经历长时间的历史沉淀才能稳固定型及稳健发展,从这个角度来说,由于我国现阶段的律师文化建设先天缺乏深厚的历史根基,缺乏与我国具体国情相适应的、可以借鉴的成熟经验,现在仍处于初始形成和渐进发展阶段。
