建设“一带一路”倡议,是党中央主动应对国际形势的深刻变化,面对我国发展的新形势、新任务和新要求,围绕推进对外开放与国际合作作出的重大决策。倡议提出4年来,国际社会反响热烈、应者云集,成为驱散逆全球化阴霾的强劲东风。“一带一路”倡议的核心理念是,以开放包容、合作共赢为引领,推动构建更加公正、合理和均衡的全球治理体系,其中最核心的两个关键词是“合作”与“共赢”。各国人民在合作共赢这个平台上友好往来,在文明交流中推进相互认知、相互理解、相互信任,最终达到实现文化融合、经济共享的双赢成果。
The initiative of “Building the Belt and Road Initiative” is a profound change the CPC Central Committee has taken in taking the initiative to respond to the international situation. In the face of the new situation, new tasks and new requirements for the development of our country, we center around the major policy decisions to promote opening up and international cooperation. Since the initiative was put forward four years ago, the international community has been enthusiastic and should be gathered to become a powerful easterly wave to disperse the haze of globalization. The core concept of the Belt and Road initiative is to lead an inclusive and win-win cooperation and promote a more just, rational and balanced global governance system. The two core of the key words are “cooperation” and “cooperation” “Win-win ”. The peoples of all countries have friendly exchanges on the platform of cooperation and win-win progress, and promote mutual understanding, mutual understanding and mutual trust in the exchange of civilizations, and finally achieve the win-win results of achieving cultural integration and economic sharing.
