目的对比踝足矫形器与功能性电刺激对脑卒中偏瘫患者步行功能改善效果。方法选取商丘市第一人民医院康复科2015年4月—2017年1月收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者50例,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组(功能性电刺激)及对照组(踝足矫形器),25例。对比两组干预后步行功能改善情况。结果干预后,观察组步行功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论功能性电刺激较踝足矫形器对提高脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢步行功能的效果更显著,患者协调能力明显改善,且治疗周期短。
Objective To compare the effects of ankle-foot orthosis and functional electrical stimulation on the walking function of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods Fifty patients with hemiplegia after stroke were selected from rehabilitation department of Shangqiu First People’s Hospital from April 2015 to January 2017. According to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into observation group (functional electrical stimulation) and control group (ankle-foot orthosis Device), 25 cases. The improvement of walking function was compared between two groups after intervention. Results After intervention, the walking function of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The functional electrical stimulation is more effective than the ankle-foot orthosis in improving the walking function of lower extremities in patients with hemiplegia due to stroke. The coordination ability of the patients is obviously improved and the treatment cycle is short.
