利用蚀坑技术和扫描电镜动态观察方法研究了大块 Fe-3%Si 单晶体裂纹尖端的形变行为。证实了裂纹尖端与塑性区之间存在无位错区(DFZ),且无位错区尺寸随变形量的增加而增加。
Deformation behavior of crack tip of bulk Fe-3% Si single crystal was studied by etching pit technique and scanning electron microscope. It is confirmed that there is a dislocation-free zone (DFZ) between the crack tip and the plastic zone, and the size of the dislocation-free zone increases with the increase of the deformation.
