击剑运动需要运动员具备基本身体素质、技巧能力的同时,还要求运动员具备较高的心理素质。对于青少年击剑运动员来说,身体素质是保障技术训练和对抗的前提,如果身体素质训练不佳,那么在比赛时的心理素质调节也会相对困难;同样,在心理素质调节不佳时,身体素质训练的效果也难以在比赛中完全的发挥出来。因此,青少年击剑运动员需要全面注意心理及身体素质的综合训练。也针对这两个方面的训练要求和特点,提出了青少年击剑运动员心理及身体训练的要点,希望能够帮助青少年运动员提高训练水平。
