大庆油田的产能建设任务一直很繁重,每年需要建大量的井口房、值班房、计量站、以及各种转油站、联合站等。为适应“三化”施工的需要,1965年开始采用了混凝土大板结构,基础、墙身、屋盖全部在后方预制,拉运到现场组装。这种做法,虽然加快了施工进度,但由于混凝土构件较重,给拉运、吊装带来困难。因此,想寻找一种轻质高强的材料。在大庆设计院的具体帮助下,从1968年开始,用省内的天然浮石做骨料,试验生产浮石轻混凝土,经过十多年来的实践证明,效果良好,质量可靠,能够满足油田基本建设要求。目前,我们应用
