目的明确管道输煤过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,提出防护对策,以减少职业病的发生。方法依据国家相关标准,采用检查表法、类比法、工程分析法进行综合分析评价。结果类比检测结果表明,原煤分级筛工作场所煤尘浓度超限倍数计算结果超标,其他工作场所煤尘浓度超限倍数计算结果均符合职业接触限值要求。各设备巡检工接触煤尘的时间加权平均浓度均符合职业接触限值要求;类比企业10个接触噪声作业点中,除原煤分级筛、刮板运输机巡检工接触噪声的8 h等效声级测量结果[97.1、89.4d B(A)]超标外,其他岗位作业人员接触噪声的8 h等效声级测量结果均符合职业接触限值要求。结论该项目为职业病危害较重的建设项目。
Objective To clarify the possible occupational hazards that may arise in the process of pipeline coal handling, analyze the degree of harm and the impact on workers’ health, and propose protective measures to reduce the occurrence of occupational diseases. Methods According to the relevant national standards, the method of check list, analogy and engineering analysis were used to conduct a comprehensive analysis and evaluation. Results The results of analogy test showed that the calculation result of coal dust concentration exceed the limit multiple in coal workplace and coal dust concentration in other workplaces exceeded the requirements of occupational exposure limit. The time-weighted average concentrations of all the equipment inspectors exposed to coal dust all met the occupational exposure limit requirements. Among the 10 contact noise operating points of the analogy enterprises, in addition to the 8 h equivalent sound of contact noise of the raw coal grading sieve and scraper conveyor inspector, Level measurement results [97.1,89.4d B (A)] exceeded the standard, 8-h equivalent sound level measurements of contact noise of other job-seekers all met the occupational exposure limit requirements. Conclusion The project is a serious construction project occupational hazards.
