本文论述了计算凸轮廓线和刀具中心轨迹的直角座标方程式,公式简明,比较齐全。文中提出用拼接分程序和语句段的方法编制源程序,设计出适用于多种凸轮计算的通用源程序结构;编写了多种分程序和语句段(建议印成卡片);设计者根据需要抽出有关卡片,依次排列起来,再稍加修改,即得源程序。这一方法大大减少了编写源程序的工作量和出错的可能性,且简单易行。它将促使电子计算机辅助凸轮设计的广泛应用。文中给出刀具中心轨迹方程式,是为了与电子计算辅助制造凸轮相配合。
In this paper, the Cartesian coordinate equations for calculating the profile of the cam and the tool center are discussed. The formulas are concise and complete. In this paper, it is proposed that the source program is compiled by splitting sub-program and sentence segment, and a general-purpose source program structure suitable for various cam calculations is designed; a plurality of sub-programs and sentence segments are prepared (suggested as printed cards) Relevant cards, followed by arranged, and then slightly modified, that is the source. This method greatly reduces the workload of writing source code and the possibility of error, and is simple and easy. It will promote the widespread use of computer-aided cam design. The tool center trajectory equation is given in this paper in order to cooperate with the electronic manufacturing auxiliary manufacturing cam.
