1对象和方法1.1 对象我院1994-01～2003-12住院患者93例,男68例,女27例,平均57.2(19～74 )岁.最常见的症状为:咳嗽68例(73.1%),咯痰52例(55.9%),痰中带血45例(48.4%) ,胸部不适、胸闷或胸背疼痛35例(37.6%),其他12例(12.9%).X线检查所见:肺门部肿物57例(61.3%),肺叶不张34例(36.6%),肺炎31例(33.3%),肺叶开口阻塞5 2例 (55.9%),肺叶开口狭窄32例(34.4%).
