7.0版兴奋剂检测《实验室国际标准》从2012年1月1日起正式开始实施,这已经是该国际标准自颁布以来的第四次修订。它的产生和发展既是国际反兴奋剂斗争的重要组成部分和成果,也是国际反兴奋剂斗争的缩影。它的不断修改反映了反兴奋剂斗争的复杂性。新版兴奋剂检测《实验室国际标准》及其配套技术文件的新变化,主要涉及实验室的管理、检测程序与方法、结果管理与样品处置和对实验室的考核标准4个方面。修订后的新版《实验室国际标准》更加严格和规范,更加强调实验室的权限,也更加重视运动员权利的维护,对今后国内外的反兴奋剂运动将起到重要的指导与推动作用。
The 7.0 version of the International Standard for Laboratory Testing of Doping Control was officially implemented on January 1, 2012, which is the fourth revision of the international standard since its promulgation. Its emergence and development are both an important part and result of the international anti-doping struggle and a microcosm of the international anti-doping struggle. Its ongoing revisions reflect the complexities of the fight against doping. The new version of the international standard for laboratory stimulant testing and its supporting technical documents mainly involves four aspects: laboratory management, testing procedures and methods, results management and sample disposal, and testing standards for laboratories. The revised version of the “International Laboratory Standards” is more stringent and standardized, more emphasis on laboratory competence, but also pay more attention to the protection of the rights of athletes, which will play an important role in guiding and promoting future anti-doping campaigns at home and abroad.
