采用逐次回归方法对反应烧结制备的刚玉/β-Sialon复合材料进行了分析.研究了材料的体积密度、显气孔率及常温抗折强度与原料的颗粒配比之间的关系,得到了回归效果良好的数学模型,验证结果表明回归方程的预报与实验值相当接近,回归方程可用于刚玉/β-Sialon复合材料常温物理性能的预报.
The corundum / β-Sialon composites prepared by reaction sintering were analyzed by successive regression method.The relationship between bulk density, apparent porosity, room temperature bending strength and particle size ratio of raw materials was studied and the regression effect was obtained The good mathematical model shows that the regression equation is close to the experimental value, and the regression equation can be used to predict the physical properties of corundum / β-Sialon composites at room temperature.
