随着网络时代的到来，人们的日常生活以及工作，甚至于国家国防以及政府机关的各项工作都与网络密切相连，而且随着网络全球化进程的不断进行，使得网络的普及性大大提高，网络的应用也会越来越广泛。网络应用的广泛性、网络覆盖率的不断扩大使得网络的安全性成了十分关键的问题，目前安全网络的建设还在不断进行。
