课堂上教师的确需要多表扬、鼓励学生。这样不仅可以激发学生的学习兴趣,也可以增强学生的学习自信心,是课堂教学中的一剂良方好药。但当我们把它当做一种课堂教学的表现形式,单纯地为表扬而表扬学生,课堂上只听到表扬声时,我们是否有作秀的成分掺杂其中呢?笔者认为表扬是一种兴奋剂,我们若一味地使用,其效果肯定会大打折扣。其危害可能会有两点:一是部分学生可能在教师耳熟能详和一成不变的表扬声中麻木不仁,他们既找不到自己错误的
