通过Charpy冲击试验、常温和高温拉伸试验以及维氏硬度试验对动车组列车制动盘材料(23CrNiMoV锻钢)的低温冲击功、室温拉伸性能、高温强度及塑性进行了研究。对23CrNiMoV锻钢的显微组织、晶粒度、断口形貌及断裂机理进行了研究。结果表明:材料的回火组织为索氏体,晶粒度等级为7级。拉伸断口为韧性断口,室温下抗拉强度大于1100MPa、伸长率大于10%,韧脆转变温度为-30℃。23CrNiMoV锻钢具有较好的塑性和韧性以及优良的低温力学性能,能满足低温及较高载荷下的使用要求。
Charpy impact test, room temperature and high temperature tensile test and Vickers hardness test were carried out to study the low temperature impact energy, tensile properties at room temperature, high temperature strength and plasticity of EMU train brake disc materials (23CrNiMoV forging steel). The microstructure, grain size, fracture morphology and fracture mechanism of 23CrNiMoV steel were studied. The results show that the tempered microstructure of the material is sorbite with a grain size of 7. Tensile fracture toughness fracture, tensile strength at room temperature greater than 1100MPa, elongation greater than 10%, ductile-to-brittle transition temperature of -30 ℃. 23CrNiMoV forging steel has good ductility and toughness as well as excellent low temperature mechanical properties, to meet the requirements of low temperature and high load.
