本文讨论了一种研究中枢神经系统放电的实时计算机分析系统。系统能有效地去除噪声和保留神经放电脉冲。在高放大倍数时,能去除9mv以下的噪声而保留10mv以上的神经放电脉冲,在底放大倍数时,能去除95mv以下的噪声而保留100mv以上的脉冲。该系统对神经放电脉冲采用计算机技术计数,因而正确可靠。计数采样时间10—1000ms连续可调。因为采用了叠加技术,能有效地去除自发放电本底噪声。实验分析结果以直方图打印输出。经模拟实验和动物实验证明,这是一个可靠、高效的实时分析系统。
This article discusses a real-time computer analysis system for studying CNS discharges. The system can effectively remove noise and retain the nerve discharge pulse. At high magnification, can remove the noise below 9mv and retain more than 10mv nerve discharge pulse, at the end of magnification, can remove the noise below 95mv and retain more than 100mv pulse. The system uses computer technology to count the pulses of nerve discharge, so it is accurate and reliable. Counting sampling time 10-1000ms continuously adjustable. Due to the superposition technique, the spontaneous discharge background noise can be effectively removed. The experimental results are printed in histogram. The simulation experiments and animal experiments show that this is a reliable and efficient real-time analysis system.
