一种新的高分辨率、非接触式光学自动三维测量系统已在德国研制成功。该系统通过激光光束对被测物体的成象来实现自动调节,进行测量,所以又称激光测量系统即LMV系统(Laser Machine Vision)。与其它测量系统相比,LMV系统具有以下优点: (1)测量精度高,可达0.2μm;测量速度快,只需200~500ms。(2)经对图像的旋转和平移来完成三维非接触式测量。(3)系统采用了新的聚焦方式。基于上述优点,该系统已用于精密工具和部件的测量。典型的应用场合如下: (1)金刚石,陶瓷和硬质合金刀具的测量和磨损试
A new high-resolution, non-contact optical automatic 3D measurement system has been successfully developed in Germany. The system through the laser beam imaging of the measured object to achieve automatic adjustment, measurement, it is also known as laser measurement system or LMV system (Laser MachineVision). Compared with other measurement systems, LMV system has the following advantages: (1) high measurement accuracy, up to 0.2μm; measurement speed, only 200 ~ 500ms. (2) Three-dimensional non-contact measurement is accomplished by rotating and panning the image. (3) The system uses a new focus. Based on the above advantages, the system has been used for the measurement of precision tools and components. Typical applications are as follows: (1) diamond, ceramic and carbide tool measurement and wear test
