为了保护中小投资者的合法权益,维护我国股市的健康发展,我国依据《证券法》颁布了《证券投资者保护基金管理办法》,确立了我国的证券投资者保护基金制度。本文在对该制度进行简要介绍的基础上,对我国证券投资者保护基金的运作模式和补偿范围等问题进行了探讨,并对完善我国的证券投资者保护基金制度提出了几点意见。
In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of small and medium-sized investors and safeguard the healthy development of China’s stock market, China promulgated the Measures for the Administration of Securities Investors Protection Fund pursuant to the Securities Law, and established the system of China’s securities investors protection fund. Based on a brief introduction of this system, this paper discusses the operation mode and compensation scope of China’s securities investor protection fund and puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect our country’s securities investor protection fund system.
